The DYTN electric hydraulic unloading discharger uses an electric hydraulic linear actuator (push rod) as a power source.
When it is working, the electric hydraulic linear actuator (push rod) extends to act on the drive rod to drive the frame forward to complete the falling of the coulter, and to support the flat roller group to make the tape work.
The surface is straight and the lower edge of the coulter fits tightly with the tape surface, and the material on the running tape is discharged into the funnel (hopper), or discharged to the required field.
When the unloading process is completed, the electric hydraulic linear actuator (push rod) is started to retract and act on the drive rod, which drives the frame to retreat, the coulter is lifted, and the variable groove angle idler group is changed from flat to groove shape, so that the working surface of the tape returns to the groove shape. The material passes smoothly.
