Terms And Conditions Of Sale

First of all, thank you for your interest in our products. Quotations and Sales are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Item Numbers: Valid item numbers must be listed on all orders and requests for quotation.

Quotation Validity: Quotations are valid for the length of time stated on the face of the quote document. All parts and equipment valid time is 30 days.

End Use Application: The end use for each cargo, the detailed information of applications must be stated on every order.

Payment: Payment shall be done in 100% before shipment, without deduction or set-off, in USD dollars.

Shipment Risk of Loss: Products are shipped according to Incoterms 2010 issue. The buyer and seller should comply with the rules. EXW/FCA/FOB/CFR/CIF/DDP terms are workable.

Delivery Time: Leading time are quoted from date of confirmation of an order deposit payment. Quoted shipping date is estimated only at time of quotation.
